Group Work & Retreats
Sacred containers for those called to do this work
in the presence of others.
Why Circle
Certain kinds of healing require being witnessed — not just by one person, but by many. The circle has been humanity's oldest container for transition, grief, and becoming. Our group work honours that lineage.
These spaces are small, intentional, and deeply held. The work that happens in circle does not stay there — it moves through you, into your relationships, and out into the life you are building on the other side of the threshold.
What We Offer
Plant Medicine
Carefully held multi-day retreats integrating sacred plant medicine as part of a ceremonial container. These are small — never more than a handful of participants — and designed with deep attention to preparation, presence, and integration.
Retreats are offered periodically. Reach out to be added to the interest list.
Community
Intimate circles for those moving through a shared threshold — grief, identity, menopause, life reorientation. Held over a series of gatherings, these groups create a relational field that extends well beyond the sessions themselves.
Groups are small by design. Reach out to hear about upcoming circles.
The Container
Intentionally small
These spaces are never large. The intimacy of the container is part of the medicine.
Trauma-informed and body-aware
We work somatically — attuned to what the body holds, not just what the mind can articulate.
Ceremonially framed
There is a beginning, a middle, and an end. Openings and closings are held with care.
Integration-centred
The work does not stop when the circle ends. We build in time and support for what comes after.
Held by Danielle & Rick together
Group work is always co-held, bringing both a feminine and masculine field of presence.
